‘Right Thing’ Results in Office for New Chamber at Lake Arbor Auto

Westminster repair shop donates space to budding civic group

WESTMINSTER, Colo. (June 24, 2014) – Lake Arbor Automotive & Truck has donated office space to the newly formed Westminster Chamber of Commerce at the repair and maintenance shop, 9146 Marshall Place in Westminster.

The Westminster Chamber was formed last year, and until now had no dedicated place for staff to work. Executive Director Jennifer Shannon moved into the LAA office last week, and she will be organizing Chamber events, issuing communications to members, and prospecting for new members as part of her activities there.

“We believe any group with such good intentions toward the business community is a group worth supporting,” said Lake Arbor Auto Owner Dana TePoel. “Our motto at Lake Arbor Auto is, ‘We do the right thing for you, every time,’ and it applies to all aspects of our business, not just the customer.”

The Westminster Chamber has three leads groups that meet at various Westminster locations. The organization’s next big event is the Westminster Community Summit June 27 at the Westminster Grange Hall.

“This kind of donation to the Westminster Chamber is invaluable, and we extend our greatest appreciation to Lake Arbor Auto,” said Shannon.
