Adrian Garcia has spent the past nine years as a Lube Tech and Diesel Emissions Inspector, building his entire career around keeping vehicles running clean, safe, and dependable. Nearly a decade in the same role has given him a sharp eye for the small details that can make a big difference down the road, and he brings that focus to every vehicle that rolls into the bay.

He lives by a simple racing-inspired motto: “If you ain’t first, you’re last.” For Adrian, that competitive streak doesn’t translate into rushing — it shows up as a drive to do the job better than anyone else would, and to never settle for “good enough” when a customer’s vehicle is on the line.

Thorough Inspections, Finished Right

Adrian’s approach with customers starts with a thorough, top-to-bottom inspection of the vehicle. He takes the time to look the whole truck or car over, listen to whatever concerns the owner brings in, and walk them through what he finds before any work begins. That habit of slowing down at the front end is how he earns trust at the back end.

As a certified Diesel Emissions Inspector, he pays close attention to every detail and won’t consider a job complete until it’s done right. Whether it’s a routine oil service or an emissions inspection on a heavy-duty diesel, the standard doesn’t change — finish the work properly, double-check it, and hand back a vehicle the customer can count on.

Off the Clock and Outdoors

Outside the shop, Adrian spends his time outdoors and around good company. He’s usually fishing, hitting the trails for a hike, or firing up the grill for a BBQ with friends. The same care he puts into a finished job carries over into the way he shows up for the people around him.
