Dillon Snavely is an inspector at Lake Arbor Automotive, where he helps drivers make sure their vehicles are road-ready and properly registered. He came into the role through Future Forward, a hands-on program that gave him the technical foundation and shop habits he relies on every day. A motto he lives by sums up his outlook on work and life: “If speed kills me, don’t cry because I was smiling.”

What sets Dillon apart is his commitment to being both quick and meticulous — two things most inspectors treat as a trade-off. Outside the shop, Dillon’s love of cars doesn’t slow down — it just gets smaller. He spends his free time drifting RC cars, putting in hours on video games, and hanging out with friends.
