Luis Pacheco — known around the shop as Lui — has spent the past year as a technician at Lake Arbor Automotive, building on two and a half years in the automotive industry. He came into the trade through formal schooling and has been sharpening his craft on customer vehicles ever since, treating every repair as another chance to learn something new.

His personal motto says a lot about the way he works: “I did not come this far, just to come this far.” For Lui, that phrase is a daily reminder that the schooling, the early shop hours, and the late nights studying repair manuals were never the finish line — they were the starting point.
