As an essential service provider during this time of crisis, we feel obliged to do everything in our power to participate actively in the control of the spread of the coronavirus pandemic. 

The health and safety of our customers and employees are our top priorities. With that said, Lake Arbor Automotive & Truck has implemented procedures to sanitize each vehicle that we service, both before and after those services. 

Surfaces to be sanitized by a gloved employee include keys, fob, steering wheel, door handles, shifter, console, driver’s seat, turn signal lever, driver-side dash and others. We have hand-sanitizer stations and regular sanitation routines within our lobby and waiting room; and employees are sanitizing counters, door pulls and surfaces between each individual transaction. 

If your vehicle needs service but you prefer to eliminate the possibility of direct contact at our establishment, you can simply drop off and pick up your vehicle without coming in. In that case, just call or email us with instructions, and we can handle everything over the phone.
